From traditional religions to new spirituality, love is the foundation on which all practice rests. We all embrace the idea of love … and then we get on social media. Or read the news. Or visit family.   Whether divided by race, gender, sexual orientation, identity preference, or opinion, the incredible moral and social chasms in our world have become a source of pain and confusion for so many people. We know that love and unity are beautiful ideals, but the question How do we get there?   In what may be his boldest and bravest book yet, bestselling author Matt Kahn invites us to see our differences as golden opportunities to explore the depth of our interconnectedness. Offering wise insights and tangible tools, Matt teaches us how to remain aligned with our highest truths and values while we hold space for the experiences of others.   Throughout the book, Matt shares ten essential principles—mercy, worthiness, bravery, and more—that help us access the highest and most loving qualities within ourselves and those around us. Each chapter contains personal stories and real-world applications, guiding us to reach into our own hearts and give one another the respect, validation, and encouragement needed to make it through the evolutionary shifts before us—shifts into greater unity and greater love.
