As It Is Volume I

As It Is, Volume I gathers direct Dzogchen teachings given by Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche in 1994 and 1995, the final years of his life. In concise, approachable talks, he introduces Buddha-nature and the direct recognition of mind’s empty, lucid awareness, presenting Dzogchen as a path that takes enlightenment itself as the practice. This first volume emphasizes development-stage practice and related training, while encouraging readers to recognize, become familiar with, and stabilize awareness in daily life.
