Essence of the Gita

"Prof. Bhuchandra Baidya's felicitous rendition of the Bhagavad Gita beautifully captures the .essence and profundity of this great spiritual text. The notes and the translation of the original Sanskrit shlokas are simple and luminous and yet not superficial. This is a book not to be raced through but to be read with attention to every word and phrase. English speaking reader who has never , peered ,through the Bhagavad Gita before should begin with this translation."
