Leading The Leaders How To Enrich Your Style Of Management And Handle People Whose Style Is Different From Yours

This book was written to help you discover your basic management style and compensate for your weaknesses so you can work better with others - subordinates, peers, and those you report to - whose management styles are different from your own. The prescriptions are intended to enrich management styles, not to achieve a personality change in managers. The purpose is to make managers, whatever their personal style, more flexible so they can work with others whose styles are different—more of a continuous improvement than a paradigm shift. Dr. Adizes has brilliantly captured the hows and whys of management and organizational function and dysfunctions. Dr Ichak Adizes is one of the leading management experts in the world. He has been ranked by Leadership Excellance Journals as one of the the top 30 thought leaders in management and leadership. Dr Adizes has been awarded with 15 honarary doctorates and two honarary citizenships. For his contributions to humanity he was awarded with the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor. He speaks in four languages and has addressed over 1,00,000 people in 52 countries and written 11 books so far.
