Lucky People A Neuroscientists Guide To Attracting Luck Cultivating Success And Leading A Happier Life

Lucky People: A Neuroscientist’s Guide to Attracting Luck, Cultivating Success and Leading a Happier Life examines how attention, mindset, habits, relationships, and calculated risk-taking can influence whether people notice and act on opportunities. Nobuko Nakano argues that while chance exists, feeling and becoming “lucky” can be supported through intentional behavior and a trainable “lucky brain.” The book offers practical ideas such as noticing positive events, setting personal standards, building harmonious relationships, expanding social networks, and taking purposeful action. It presents luck less as magic and more as the cumulative result of perception, preparation, resilience, and engagement with the world.
