Rubys Worry

Ruby’s Worry (also published as Ruby Finds a Worry) follows Ruby, a happy, adventurous girl whose life changes when she discovers a small yellow “worry” following her around. At first the worry is tiny, but as Ruby keeps it to herself it grows bigger and bigger until it crowds out her joy and she can’t think about anything else. When she notices another child with a blue worry and finally talks about how she feels, Ruby learns that sharing worries makes them shrink, offering a gentle, visual way to help children understand and manage anxiety.
