Suneko Shasan Bhogeko Prashasan

Suneko Shasan Bhogeko Prashasan is a revealing account of Nepal’s bureaucratic and administrative evolution, written by seasoned civil servant Umesh Prasad Mainali. Drawing from decades of personal experience, the book traces the development of Nepal’s governance systems from the post-Rana era, through the Panchayat period, and into the democratic transitions. Mainali offers rare insights into the challenges of policymaking, bureaucratic accountability, and political interference. His storytelling bridges memoir and institutional history, making this book a vital resource for students, scholars, and anyone interested in how Nepal is governed from the inside out.
