The 143 Storey Treehouse

The 143-Storey Treehouse is the eleventh wildly imaginative adventure in Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton’s bestselling illustrated Treehouse series. Andy and Terry have added 13 new levels to their extraordinary home, including a camping ground, a spooky graveyard where it is always midnight, a word-o-matic, a recycling depot, a wrecking ball, and a toffee-apple orchard guarded by a friendly scarecrow. Feeling stressed, Andy agrees to a supposedly relaxing camping holiday on the treehouse’s new camping level. But Terry forgets the tent and food, fishing goes disastrously wrong, ghost stories become frighteningly real, and fellow campers begin to disappear. Packed with cartoons, wordplay, absurd inventions, slapstick humour, and fast-paced adventure, this is an ideal read for independent readers and fans of laugh-out-loud children’s fiction. The books can be read in any order.
