Throne Of Glass Book 1

Throne of Glass is the first book in Sarah J. Maas’s fantasy series, introducing eighteen-year-old assassin Celaena Sardothien, imprisoned in the brutal salt mines of Endovier. Once Adarlan’s most feared killer, she is offered a single chance at freedom: represent Crown Prince Dorian in a deadly tournament to become the king’s Champion. Competing against thieves, warriors, and assassins, Celaena must train under Captain Chaol Westfall while hiding her true skills and surviving political intrigue at the glass castle. When rivals begin dying in gruesome, mysterious ways, her fight for freedom turns into a race to uncover an ancient evil lurking in the castle’s hidden passages. Blending assassin fantasy, court politics, slow-burn romance, and emerging magic, this opener lays the groundwork for the sprawling, high-stakes Throne of Glass saga.
