Amy Edmondson
Amy Edmondson is an American organizational scholar and the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School. Her research popularised the concept of "psychological safety" — the shared belief that it is safe to take interpersonal risks — and her books, including Right Kind of Wrong on learning from failure and Teaming, have transformed leadership practice.
A recipient of the Academy of Management's highest awards, Edmondson studies why the most successful teams are the ones where people feel free to speak up, ask questions and admit mistakes. Her famous Harvard Business Review articles and frameworks have been adopted widely by hospitals, airlines and technology firms.
