Amy Jen Su is an executive coach and leadership author, co-founder of the executive-coaching firm Paravis Partners. Her book Leadership Presence, authored with the same lead-in as the celebrated calls of "presence" books, distills how leaders — especially women and underrepresented voices — can communicate with more confidence, clarity and authority.
