Ten Little Pumpkins

Ten Little Pumpkins is a rhyming Halloween counting adventure by Mike Brownlow, illustrated by Simon Rickerty. Ten playful pumpkins come alive through magic dust on Halloween and set off toward a party, encountering ghosts, ghouls, monsters, and other spooky-but-friendly characters along the way. Part of the bestselling Ten Little picture-book series, it encourages children to count from ten to one and back again as the pumpkins disappear and reappear. The book uses repetition, read-aloud sounds, colourful scenes, and seek-and-find details to support early counting and shared reading.
