A job-ready CV in about five minutes

Fill the form once - name, contact, summary, experience, education, skills - and all ten templates redraw it live on a real A4 page. Upload an optional photo, click through the designs until one fits, then download a polished PDF or copy the plain-text version for online forms. There is no signup, no email wall and no "upgrade to unlock" step anywhere in the flow.

100% free means no watermark, no paid plan

Most CV builders let you fall in love with the preview, then stamp their logo across your PDF until you subscribe. This generator has no paid tier at all: every template is unlocked from the start, downloads are unlimited, and the file you get is completely clean - nothing added in the corner, nothing removed. Free today, free tomorrow, because the whole tool runs in your browser instead of on a subscription server.

Built around how Nepal actually hires

The templates follow conventions Nepali employers expect: an optional professional headshot, +977 phone numbers, degrees written the way you earned them (+2, BBS, MBS, SEE/NEB), years passed in AD or BS, and a languages line for Nepali, English and Hindi. The preloaded sample shows a finished Kathmandu accountant CV so you can see the standard to aim for before typing a single word.

Pass the robots: ATS-friendly output

Banks, INGOs and big job portals screen applications with software before a human ever reads them. The ATS Compact template uses a clean single column with standard headings that parsers understand, and the Copy button hands you a plain-text version of the same CV - perfect for pasting straight into online application forms without losing your formatting.

Autosaved locally and private by design

Your draft saves automatically inside your own browser as you type, so refreshing or reopening the page never loses your work. Nothing is uploaded anywhere: your details, photo and PDF are generated entirely on your device, which also makes the tool safe to open over slow or patchy mobile data. Sharing a computer? One tap on Clear wipes every field.

What is a CV / resume generator, and how does this free Nepal tool work?

A CV generator turns the details you type into a formatted, downloadable résumé so you don’t fight with Word. Scolar’s CV / Resume Generator is a free, browser-based tool for Nepal: enter your contact, summary, education, experience, skills and references, choose a clean template, add a photo if you like, and download a print-ready PDF or copy plain text. No sign-up, no watermark, nothing uploaded.

Why it is free, with no sign-up and unlimited use

Your draft saves automatically inside your own browser as you type, and the PDF is built on your device, so there is no server storing your details and no account to create. That is why the tool stays 100% free, adds no watermark, asks for no email, and lets you revise unlimited times.

How to build a CV, step by step

  • Fill in your details - contact, summary, education, experience, skills and references - and they autosave in your browser.
  • Pick a template: a modern two-column look or the ATS-friendly single column for bank and INGO portals.
  • Add a photo if you like (it stays on your device), tweak the order, then download a print-ready PDF or copy plain text.

Beating the ATS and printing in Nepal

Banks, INGOs and big portals in Nepal screen applications with software before a human reads them. The ATS Compact template uses a single column with standard headings parsers understand, and the Copy button hands you plain text that pastes into online forms without losing formatting. When printing at a Kathmandu or Pokhara press, the PDF exports crisply at normal A4 — perfect for walk-in applications and walk-in interviews.

“A Nepali graduate should not pay for a CV template or a designer. Type your details, pick a layout, download the PDF — free, on any phone.”

Frequently asked questions

Is this CV maker really 100% free?

Yes - not a trial and not freemium. All ten templates and unlimited PDF downloads are free, with no account, no card details and no paid tier anywhere in the tool.

Will there be a watermark on my PDF?

No. The PDF you download is a clean, print-ready A4 document with nothing added - send it straight to employers or job portals.

Should I include a photo on my CV in Nepal?

A professional headshot is still expected by most Nepali employers, so every template supports one. It stays optional - skip it easily for overseas applications where photos are discouraged.

Can I type in Nepali (Devanagari)?

Yes. Every field accepts Unicode Devanagari, so Nepali names, addresses and summaries render correctly in the live preview and in the downloaded PDF.

Does my work save if I close or refresh the page?

Yes. Your draft autosaves in your own browser and reloads the next time you open the tool - no account needed. The Clear button wipes everything instantly.

Which template should a fresher use?

ATS Compact or Minimal Mono for corporate and NGO jobs that screen CVs with software; Executive Navy or Creative Coral when you want more personality for sales or design roles.

How do I make a CV for free in Nepal?

Use Scolar free CV maker: open the tool, fill your details once, pick a template and download a PDF. There is no signup and no payment, and your draft autosaves in the browser.

What is the best CV format for jobs in Nepal?

A clean single-column or sidebar A4 CV with your photo, a +977 contact line, education in +2, BBS and MBS form, and Nepali, English and Hindi languages. The ATS Compact template works best for banks and INGOs that screen electronically.

What is the difference between a CV and a resume in Nepal?

In Nepal the words are used interchangeably for a job application document. Scolar tool produces that document; choose the ATS Compact or Minimal Mono template when a foreign employer asks specifically for a resume.

Can I download my CV as a PDF without a watermark?

Yes. Every download is a clean, print-ready A4 PDF with no logo or watermark, free forever.

Is my CV data safe and private?

Yes. Everything runs in your browser and autosaves locally; nothing is uploaded to any server, so your details and photo stay on your device.

Does this resume builder work on mobile in Nepal?

Yes. The tool is responsive and runs in any mobile browser in Nepal, and your draft autosaves so you can start on your phone and finish on a laptop.
