What is a watermark remover?

A watermark remover lets you paint over an unwanted logo, stamp, date or line of text and rebuilds that area from the pixels around it. This tool does it by hand: you brush the mark, and the browser fills the gap so it blends into the background.

When you might need to remove a watermark

How the healing brush works

Best results come from plain backgrounds

The fill is most convincing on even or soft backgrounds - skies, walls, water, a plain table. On a busy or detailed background the healed patch can look blurry, so for those you may need several smaller passes and a smaller brush.

How do I get the cleanest result?

Brush slightly larger than the mark, including some background around it, and use a smaller brush on detailed areas. Plain backgrounds like skies and walls heal best; busy backgrounds may need several passes.
